Orders over $100.00 are free shipping.
We ship through USPS.
All orders are shipped with tracking which is e-mailed to the e-mail you provide at checkout. You can track your packages at www.usps.com
ALL RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
-All returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days of the original shipment date.
-All items must be returned with all tags attached and in their original, unworn, unwashed, smoke and odor free condition. Clothing returned without original tags or do not meet our return policy guidelines will be refused. Shoes must be returned in the original shoebox. The shoebox must be packaged in proper shipping paper and must be returned to us undamaged. We do not accept returns or offer store credit on jewelry.
Shipping fees are non refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping.
Sale items, discounted items and items purchased with a discount code are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return. Swimwear and undergarments are FINAL SALE.
If you received a damaged item there is a three day notification policy from the day you received your item. Email us within three days for an in store credit/gift card. Damaged items must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment and tags must still be attached.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the item(s) returned are unable to be resold in their returned condition, you will be subject to a 15% restocking fee OR we reserve the right to send the items back to you.
SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE:
Items in the "Sale" section, as well as, scarves, belts, socks, hair accessories, earrings, jewelry and undergarments (bandeaus, bralettes, camis, etc) are final and cannot be returned.
Defective Items: if you believe you received a defective item you must email me by three days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions.
Incorrect or Missing Items: If you received your order and there is an item missing OR you received the incorrect item, you must inform us within 4 days of receiving your order.
Sales prices are only good during the sale. Sale dates are random and at our discretion and are not retroactive. Final sale prices are not retroactive.
Refund Type: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Overview: returns sent in that do NOT meet the above criteria are subject to a 15% restocking fee OR subject to being shipped back to you.
Please be sure to use a tracking service when shipping back a return. We are not responsible for lost packages when shipping back a return.
WE DO NOT DO EXCHANGES, IF YOU NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE OR A DIFFERENT ITEM; PLEASE PLACE A NEW ORDER.
Please include your packing slip with your return. When returning an item with your packing slip, please mark the items you're returning and include the reason for return. If you no longer have your packing slip, please include a note with the following information:
Name, E-Mail, Order Number, Item(s) Description, Reason for Return. If you do not include one of these with your return, it will delay your refund.
